Your Questions, Answered

  • All non-EU flagged yachts, or yachts arriving from a non-Schengen port, must clear customs. As your yacht agent, we handle all clearances through the Swedish Customs (Tullverket) and Swedish Maritime Administration. We require your crew/passenger manifests, yacht registration, and insurance documents at least 24–48 hours before arrival.

  • Sweden is part of the Schengen Area. Crew members holding a valid Seaman’s Book generally receive smoother transit, but visa requirements depend on nationality. We assist with formal invitations, crew changes, and border control coordination at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) or directly at the port.

  • Stockholm offers several premium berths right in the city center. The most popular locations include:

Strandvägen: Ideal for high-visibility, luxury guest access, accommodating yachts up to 100+ meters.

Skeppsholmen: Offers a more private, historic setting with excellent depth.

Stadsgården / Frihamnen: Used primarily for very large mega-yachts requiring commercial-grade security and services.

  • It depends on the vessel's dimensions. In Sweden, pilotage is compulsory for vessels exceeding specific limits (typically based on gross tonnage, length, and beam) navigating through the tight channels of the archipelago. We arrange certified local pilots who specialize in superyacht navigation to ensure a safe passage.

  • We design bespoke itineraries combining Stockholm’s vibrant culinary scene with the pristine nature of the 30,000-island archipelago. Popular requests include private tours of the Vasa Museum, exclusive dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, helicopter transfers to remote outer islands (like Sandhamn), and private encounters with local artisans.

  • We coordinate both duty-paid and duty-free bunkering (subject to yacht commercial registration and itinerary). Delivery can be arranged via bunker barge directly to your berth or via truck for smaller quantities. We require 3–5 business days' notice to secure the best rates and slots.
